Add desktop (#72)

* adding all varients of desktop configuration

* adjusted the readme

* making my life easier for testing

* removing whitespace at the top

* looks like readme has a typp

* helps to execute script with the file extention :)

* Update README.md

updating back to master, going to rename Full so old link doesn't break

* Rename dev_app_desktop_Full.ps1 to dev_app_desktop.ps1

* Rename dev_app_desktop.ps1 to dev_app.ps1
